Every WillHammer® AirTrek harness is designed to overcome orthostatic intolerance; other harnesses currently on the market are not. The AirTrek utilizes a chest strap , padded belt, large padded rappelling seat, and 6" padded leg straps, leaving suspended workers conscious and comfortable. The chest strap has two lanyard pads for added comfort and gives the harness wearer the feeling of a lightweight vest. The harness features a very comfortable ½" pad of condensed foam made as a back brace to help prevent injuries due to constant lifting and moving of materials during construction. The large style rappelling seat gives superior comfort beyond any other known harness as well as protecting the hips and rear during construction activities. Each accessory is compatible with main harness and sold separately. WillHammer® AirTrek Body Harnesses are manufactured to meet OSHA and ANSI standards, with a minimum tensile strength of 6,000-lbs. for the standard model and 12,000-lbs. for heavy-duty harness. WillHammer® 3-Piece Body Harness

The AirTrek gives a person the ability to use the harness in multiple positions, something not offered with other safety harnesses. Some main differences from other harness systems include: six additional mounts on the front for rappelling in a lower seat or a full body seat using a 3-way adjustable assembly, strap can be attached to waist rings for Australian-style rappelling (pictured), four top rings for parachuting, etc. The AirTrek is a modular system to which any pouch or clip-on accessory can be very quickly attached or removed to suit your situation, offering a realistic harness for any utility application. Today’s workers need new harnesses with better features, such as the adjustable tool lanyard system for pneumatic nail guns, corded/cordless and hand tools. No longer does the worker have to risk dropping tools on concrete and/or other workers.
